As we transition from the vibrant days of summer to the crisp, colorful days of fall, it’s time to convene for the CSCT Annual General Meeting (AGM). On behalf of the CSCT Board of Directors, I am delighted to invite all CSCT members to join us for the 2024 AGM.

Date: Friday, October 25, 2024
Location: Vancouver Convention Centre, Vancouver, BC
Time: Check-in begins at 1:00pm and will close at 1:45 pm PST (both in-person and virtual), with the meeting starting promptly at 2:00 pm PST.

We are pleased to offer a virtual attendance option for those unable to join us in person. Please remember that pre-registration is mandatory for both in-person and virtual participation. Registration is open now on the CSCT website, csct.ca/AGM, and will close on October 18 at 12:00 pm PST. Only members who have pre-registered will receive a certificate of attendance for CEUs.

In accordance with CSCT Bylaw 4.2, only Active Members in Good Standing and CSCT Life Members are eligible to vote. To be eligible, an Active Member must be in good standing thirty (30) days prior to the AGM.

Following the AGM, CSCT will host a dinner for members registered for the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress (CCC), which will be held in Vancouver, BC, from October 24-27, 2024. 

The CSCT Education Day, which is in-person only, will take place on Saturday, October 26. Members must be registered for the Congress to attend. For further details on speakers and the event, please visit the CCC and CSCT websites.

Registration with CCC is not necessary to attend the CSCT AGM. However, you are required to pre-register at  CSCT AGM for both virtual and in-person attendance to receive updates and important information.
