All Canadian Cardiology Technologist programs offered are designed to fulfill the need for trained technologists in a variety of diagnostic cardiology procedures.  Graduates from these programs are eligible to write the CSCT National Certification Examination


Algonquin College

The two-year Cardiovascular Technology Ontario College Diploma program provides you with the essential knowledge and technical skills required to perform electrocardiograms, exercise tolerance tests and ambulatory monitoring in the role of a cardiovascular technologist. Professionals in this field work closely with patients to diagnose cardiac conditions.


Anderson College

Our EQual™ accredited program teaches you how to assist physicians on various cardio-vascular procedures and training on equipment to monitor and diagnose heart and blood vessel disorders. 


British Columbia Institute of Technology

The Cardiology Technology Diploma is part of our comprehensive Cardiac Sciences department program offerings. As an accredited program, approved by the National Society of Cardiology Technologists, we offer a blended program, combining flexible online learning with a hands-on, skills-focused learning experience. 


CCNB

Ce programme prépare l'étudiant à occuper un emploi de technologue en cardiologie. L'étudiant développera les compétences requises pour effectuer l'ensemble de techniques d'électrophysiologie cardiaque destinées à capter l'activité électrique provenant des cellules excitables du cœur par l’entremise d’équipements spécialisés.


Mohawk College

Acquire knowledge, skills and principles to assist physicians in various aspects of cardiac diagnosis through this high demand program. 


St. Clair College 

Cardiovascular technologists are allied health professionals who perform tests at the request of a physician to obtain information about a patient’s heart and blood vessel anatomy and function. Students learn to use a variety of monitoring devices and other equipment for electrocardiography, multi-stage stress testing, Holter and ambulatory monitor analysis, tilt table testing, pacemaker evaluation and blood pressure analysis.


Stenberg College 

Our program is recognized by the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT). Stenberg graduates are prepared for employment immediately after graduating, or may choose to continue their education and pursue a Bachelor of Health Sciences.
